Our founder Chase has a background in hospitality, agriculture, baking and experience curation. He owns and operates a traditional Sourdough Bread Bakery and cafe called The Hudson Oven which resides along the banks of The Hudson River in Croton Harmon, NY. He and his wife Madison offer an extensive menu of baked goods and savory meals for customers to enjoy.
